If it fits in the truck and it is not hazardous, we will take it. Here is the work we do most.

Couches, mattresses, dressers, refrigerators, washers and water heaters. We carry it down the stairs so you do not have to.
A full house, a rental between tenants, or a family home that needs clearing. We work at your pace and set aside anything you want kept.
Palm fronds, brush piles, old landscaping and the debris left behind after a trim. Bagged or loose, we load it either way.
After a storm the pile at the curb can sit for weeks. We come out and haul it off so your yard is usable again.

We answer the phone 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weekends included. Call early enough in the day and we will usually get out to you the same day. If the schedule is full we book you for the next day and give you a set time rather than a vague window.
After hours the phone still reaches Herby. You are not leaving a message with a call center in another state.
A price given over the phone is a guess, and guesses turn into arguments in the driveway. We come out, look at the actual pile, and give you a real number before anything goes on the truck. The visit is free and there is no obligation. If you do not like the price, we shake hands and go.
Junk removal is priced by how much room your load takes up in the truck. A few things move that number:
Single-item pickup starts at $125, and that is also the minimum for any job.
Get My Free EstimateUsable furniture and working appliances get sorted for donation where we can. Metal goes to scrap, green waste goes to a yard waste facility, and appliances holding refrigerant are handled separately because that recovery has to be done properly.
Chemicals and contained liquids. We can sometimes take these, but only with advance notice. They have to be sealed in a sound container, clearly labeled, and cannot be flammable or explosive. Tell us what you have when you book so we arrive prepared.

Naples is one of our busiest areas outside Fort Myers. We handle condo and estate cleanouts through the season, single-item pickups in gated communities where access rules matter, and full property clears between tenants. Our crew is licensed, insured and used to working carefully inside finished homes.
Canal-front homes, lanai clear-outs and dock debris are everyday work for us in the Cape. We know the bridges and the narrow driveways.
Gated communities with their own access hours and HOA rules. We schedule around them and show up in uniform.
Vacation rental turnovers and condo clear-outs. We plan around the bridge and the loading restrictions on the island.

Pricing is based on how much room your load takes up in the truck, so the honest answer is that it depends on what you have. There is a minimum charge that covers a single-item pickup, and everything above that is priced by volume. We come out and give you a firm price before we load anything, free and with no obligation.
No, and that is deliberate. A phone quote is a guess, and guesses lead to the price changing once we arrive. We would rather come out, look at the job and give you a number we will stand behind. The estimate is free.
We work 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and aim for same-day or next-day service. Call early in the day for the best chance of same-day. If we cannot get to you immediately we will book a set date and time rather than leaving you waiting.
Somebody needs to be there for the estimate so we can agree on the price and exactly what is going. After that, if the items are outside or in an unlocked garage, plenty of customers leave us to it.
No. We do the lifting. We will go into the garage, the attic, the shed or up the stairs and carry it out ourselves. That is what you are paying us for.
No hazardous waste, nothing flammable or explosive, no asbestos, and no medical waste. Chemicals and contained liquids are sometimes fine, but only with advance notice and only if they are sealed, labeled and non-flammable. Tell us what you have when you book.
Light demolition, yes. Interior and kitchen demo, carpet and tile removal, sheds, fences, decks, and small RVs or mobile homes. Anything that does not need heavy equipment. We do not do full structural teardowns.
